We are seeking an experienced Delivery Consultant to contribute to our ongoing success. You should have a minimum of 12 months of recent technical recruitment experience, preferably within engineering or a technical market. Strong communication abilities are essential, as you will liaise with candidates and clients daily in this fast-paced opportunity. Organisational skills are vital too, as you'll seamlessly manage multiple tasks.
This is a hybrid role based at our Cheadle office, with 3 days each week spent on-site. It comes on the back of a mix of new business growth and new client wins - an exciting time to join!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching and sourcing skilled candidates
- Headhunting passive candidates using the latest technology
- Screening and interviewing potential candidates
- Building an extensive network of contacts
- Finding talent for innovative clients
- Promoting roles by crafting engaging job adverts
