Essential skillset
3-5+ years' experience in construction project delivery (MEP / mechanical preferred)
Strong background in pharmaceutical / life sciences or industrial projects
Mechanical / piping knowledge essential
Experience coordinating drawings, programme and subcontractors across live projects
Ability to manage project delivery from design coordination through to completion

Desirable experience
Fire suppression / sprinkler system experience
3D design coordination (BIM / Navisworks or similar)
Previous experience leading multi-disciplinary site teams
