- Develop system and sub-system architectures using MBSE approaches
- Support integration, analysis, and testing of real-time systems across electronic, mechanical, optical, and software domains
- Lead and deliver technical work packages, ensuring alignment with programme objectives
- Engage with customers and suppliers to ensure technical requirements are clearly understood and satisfied
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to other engineers
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in requirements management, system design, modelling, and simulation
- Proficiency with tools such as DOORS, Siemens Polarion, Enterprise Architect, MATLAB, and/or Simulink
- Experience applying modelling methodologies such as SysML
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including customer and supplier interaction
- Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physics, Mathematics)
Desirable Skills
- Experience in integration, verification, and validation of real-time and/or safety-critical systems
- Understanding of safety assessment processes and their influence on system design
The Team
You will join a Systems Engineering function delivering products across a diverse portfolio of commercial and military platforms, including advanced display technologies and safety-critical control systems.
Engineers are encouraged to broaden their experience across multiple domains, with opportunities to develop as subject matter experts in specific product areas or systems engineering disciplines.
What's on Offer
- Meaningful, technically challenging work on advanced systems
- Opportunities for continuous learning and career development
- A collaborative and supportive team environment
- A strong focus on work-life balance and employee well-being
