Site Supervisor - Solar Farm Construction
Location: West Kent
Contract: Long-term contract
Rate: Up to £340 per day
We are recruiting an experienced Site Supervisor to support the construction of a large-scale ground-mounted solar project in West Kent.
You will work closely with Site Management and subcontractors to maintain safe working practices, construction quality and progress across the site.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Supervise subcontractors and site activity
Ensure construction follows drawings and agreed specifications
Monitor quality and workmanship
Complete inspections and maintain site records
Support daily programme delivery
Monitor materials and site deliveries
Raise and track defects and outstanding works
Support safe working practices across the project
Assist Site Management with reporting and coordination
Essential experience:
Recent utility-scale ground-mounted Solar PV experience
Strong practical construction experience
Civil, Electrical or Mechanical construction background
Good understanding of UK construction HSE requirements
UK driving licence
Qualifications / certifications:
SSSTS
Gold CSCS or Gold ECS Card
First Aid certification
TWS / Temporary Works Supervisor experience or qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
We are particularly interested in Supervisors who can demonstrate hands-on experience delivering civil packages on large solar farms.
