Commission and test chillers, pumps, chilled-water systems, CRAH/CRAC units, AHUs and associated HVAC equipment.
Verify cooling system operation, hydronic performance, airflow and heat rejection systems.
Work alongside BMS teams to verify control sequences, setpoints, alarms and equipment operation.
Identify, record and track defects, outstanding works and commissioning punch-list items.
Maintain commissioning records, test scripts, checklists and supporting evidence using CxPlanner.
Provide daily progress updates and participate in commissioning coordination meetings.
Support the wider commissioning team with documentation and readiness for subsequent L4/L5 activities.
