I help renewable energy businesses find the people who turn ambitious plans into real progress.
For the past five years, I've specialised in renewables and decarbonisation, working with developers, operators, investors and consultancies across the UK and Europe. From technical specialists to senior leaders, I connect businesses with the talent they need to deliver.
I've led executive searches, built teams from the ground up and supported expansion into new markets. My approach is hands-on and straightforward: understand the business, know the market and deliver on what I've promised.
At JAM, we back that approach with proven processes and measurable results. So if you're hiring for your next project, building a team or planning your next move, let's talk.
