Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all electrical works across the data centre project, ensuring delivery aligns with programme, budget, quality and safety requirements.
Manage and coordinate General Contractors, electrical subcontractors and specialist vendors.
Monitor installation and delivery of critical electrical infrastructure, including MV/LV systems, switchgear, UPS, generators and power distribution.
Review project schedules, construction progress, technical documentation and contractor performance.
Identify potential delays, technical issues and project risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation measures are implemented.
Coordinate with Mechanical, CSA, Commissioning and other project stakeholders.
Represent the client's interests throughout construction, commissioning and final handover.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on hyperscale or large-scale data centre projects.
Strong technical understanding of mission-critical electrical infrastructure.
Previous experience working within a PMC, consultancy, developer or client-side environment preferred.
Experience managing General Contractors and overseeing multiple electrical work packages.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and reporting skills.
Strong understanding of construction programmes, quality assurance and commissioning processes.
