Lead the team. Set the direction. Shape safety across a growing data centre portfolio.
JAM Recruitment is seeking an experienced safety leader for an international cloud infrastructure business.
Based in Germany, you'll oversee health and safety across Germany and Sweden, leading regional safety professionals and partnering with senior operations leaders.
Your remit
Set regional safety strategy and improvement priorities.
Recruit, coach and develop the safety team.
Oversee compliance, audits, risk assessments and incident escalation.
Support construction teams in managing risks before new facilities become operational.
Present performance insights and resource plans to senior leadership.
What you'll bring
Sifa qualification - essential.
German and English at C1 level or above.
Relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
At least five years' relevant occupational safety experience.
Proven experience leading safety professionals and influencing senior stakeholders.
Experience in data centres, critical infrastructure or manufacturing is valuable. NEBOSH Diploma, ISO 45001 knowledge and experience managing teams across countries would strengthen your application.
Regular travel across Germany and Sweden is required.
